The Full Story

My journey with graphic design started by accident in high school. I enrolled in the yearbook class in hopes to dive into my love for photography. Little did I know that I would dedicate 4 years of my life to developing a new passion and appreciation for design. By my senior year of high school, I was Photo Editor for 2 years, Managing Editor for 1 year and lastly, Editor-in-Chief. My role as the Editor-in-Chief was exciting and challenging all at once. Designing the cover of my final yearbook and page layout templates came with great responsibility and attention to detail. The thrill that came with seeing a project through from beginning to end only confirmed the decision I had to make when deciding my career path.
I am proud to say that I graduated with honors, a BA in Design and a minor in Communications from the University of California, Davis. Studying Design at Davis allowed me to work on some truly inspiring projects, while meeting many influential and creative individuals along the way. I believe that working together towards a common goal is one of the most rewarding parts of working in the design field. I hope one day I can have the honor to work alongside your dream team!
